Environmentally friendly as well as resource-saving

A new market field – in addition to the extensive product range – is the refurbishment of kitchens and doors, offices and general furnishings – all in the spirit of sustainability, as well as being environmentally friendly and resource-saving. It is a rapidly growing market segment, not least because people are taking a more responsible approach to the environment and resources. The marketing approach is “turn old into new”; instead of investing tens of thousands of euros in a new kitchen, up to €5,000 is usually enough to achieve the same effect. Fronts can be sanded and repainted, hinges replaced, doors readjusted, joint seals redone and so on. The gap dimensions are important to us, an important quality criterion. Broken parts up to substructures or carcasses can also be reproduced, newly produced, replaced or supplemented – our large machinery in furniture production helps us to do this. Techniques from restoration are also valuable tools for us to retouch minor defects in the blink of an eye. Often, a few hand movements are enough to quickly eliminate an annoying defect.

Special paint cleaners, grease removers, silicone removers and professional paint polishes are often enough to make a paint surface look new and vibrant again.

Dents can be partially dabbed out, and depending on the depth of the dent, various types of putty, including coloured polyester putties, can be used beforehand.

Depending on the type and amount of damage or the surface quality, it can also be decided to sand the old paint with grit 320 or even 400 and to repaint with clear lacquer. Sanding is important for the adhesion and bonding of the old to the new paint layer – our paint system supports us in really every concern.

If the lacquer is very badly damaged, it is often advisable to remove the old lacquer and stain completely by sanding. The furniture, the front, the kitchen – whatever – is then restored to its original condition in the rough sanding stage, and after the subsequent varnishing process it is really like new again. Our customers appreciate it and are surprised by the results. Honestly, hand on heart.

Our paint laboratory helps to find the exact same colour tone, gloss level and appearance, even if only a part of the car needs to be repainted. Our paint laboratory also helps to measure a stain tone exactly, computer-aided and precisely.

In our spraying and drying room as well as our new Airless/Airmix spraying system we can reproduce even the finest surface finishes. 5 different nozzle diameters are available; micro-filters, fine atomisers and a freshly renovated spray room provide almost laboratory conditions. New types of top pot guns from Kremlin, Sato, and Walther with nozzles 1.6 and 2.0 offer us great possibilities in the staining area. Everything is possible, everything shines at the end and looks like new.
